To correctly go about adding us as a Skype contact please follow the below step by step instructions below:
If you already have Skype installed on your device, skip to instruction #4. If you do not already have Skype installed on your device start at instruction #1 below:
1. Go to the following web address http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-computer/
2. Select the device on which you will be installing Skype and select the appropriate button to download/install the Skype application.
3. Depending on the device you are using, if you have downloaded the application, you now need to install the application. Please do so now. If you have
already installed the application please continue to the next instruction.
4. Open the Skype application and sign in with your Skype name or Microsoft account using the appropriate username and password.
5. After you have successfully signed in, you now need to request Tech Corner as a contact. This process may vary across the range of devices. For windows
computers locate Contacts > Add Contact > Search Skype Directory… and click on Search Skype Directory…
6. Type the following in the search box and press enter: helpdesk@techcornergroup.com
7. Click on Tech Corner, ensure that it is us using the website field which should say http://www.techcornergroup.com, and click on Add to contacts
You have now successfully requested us as a Skype contact. On approval of this request you will then become a Tech Corner Skype contact.
Please note only legitimate Skype accounts shall be accepted.
